The seven suggestions for confronting a difficult person are as follows: begin with a clear perception of what constitutes acceptable behavior, attempt to relax during the confrontation session, get to the central purpose of your meeting almost immediately, avoid being apologetic or defensive, confront the other individual in a non-hostile manner, confront job-related behavior, and show that you care.
