Answer to Question 1

TRUE

Answer to Question 2

A context diagram describes the interaction of outside entities with a system, or subsystem, as a whole. It is simple: it does not elaborate on the system behavior as use cases do. It must be kept simple to serve its purpose: verification of functions that the system provides and for whom it provides.
