The four strategies are (1 ) predicting what the text is about, (2 ) raising questions about the text, (3 ) summarizing the text, and

Answers should include that Web text is nonlinear and challenges readers to think in a new way; students need to have good critical thinking and problem-solving skills; students need to be able to determine what a valuable and credible site is; and teachers can use think-alouds to navigate the Web with students using a WebQuest.
