Answer to Question 1

C

Answer to Question 2

C
An advantage of the factor-type of patient classification system is that data are generally readily available. Disadvantages of this type of patient classification system are ongoing workload for the nurse in classifying patients every day, higher acuity levels, the system does not holistically capture the patient's needs, and the factor system calculates the nursing time needed for a typical nurse.
