When arriving at a residence of a new client, a home health nurse observes that the client lives in a decaying apartment building in a very poor neighborhood known for drug activity.
 
  She notices several men loitering around the entrance to the building. The best response of the nurse would be to:
  1. Approach the building looking confident, make eye contact with the men, nod hello, and walk on into the building.
  2. Call the police for an escort.
  3. Return to her office and make an attempt to reschedule the visit at another time or another site.
  4. Wait in her car for a little while and see whether the men leave.
