ANSWER:
It is associated with capitalist states and is a policy to uphold the values of free markets, de-regulation, competition, and individual rights.

ANSWER:
A state is a territorially defined political entity with a centralized bureaucracy, a standing army, and the capacity to make and enforce laws through military force.
