Answer to Question 1

D
Feedback:
Many nurses find meditation challenging because the nature of their work consists of doing, most often multitasking. The biggest challenge for the nurse will not be achieving deep relaxation, focusing on a word or prayer, or being open to random thoughts.

Answer to Question 2

A, B, D

A family member such as a parent or sibling who has a cardiovascular problem before 50 years of age places the patient at greater risk for developing cardiovascular disease.
