Answer to Question 1

ANS: A, C, E
Participation in care planning does not allow outright rejection of the plan, nor will it necessarily improve problem-solving skills.

Answer to Question 2

ANS: A, B, C, E

The safe level of alcohol decreases in the older adult. Physical activity in moderation, relaxation techniques, and viable support systems provide positive interventions to cope with stress.
