Answer to Question 1

ANS: A, C, E
Participation in care planning does not allow outright rejection of the plan, nor will it necessarily improve problem-solving skills.

Answer to Question 2

ANS: A, B, C, E
The use of alcohol does not relieve stress but may be used in response to a stressful situation. Alcohol use can lead to abuse in some older adults.
