Set the keyboard height so that the forearms are parallel to the floor.
Adjust chair height so that the thighs are parallel to the floor.
Keep wrists parallel to the floor.
Use arms to move your fingers around the keyboard.
Sit straight in the chair and avoid leaning forward.
Take frequent breaks to stretch.
