Pain in chest or left neck, shoulder, or arm.
Sudden lightheadedness, cold sweat, extreme paleness, or fainting.

Answer to Question 2

With medical clearance, the incidence of heart attack during exercise is low.
Inactivity is a risk factor for heart disease.
