Answer to Question 1

Qualified developmental disability professional. This individual is responsible for coordinating and monitoring each person's active treatment plan.

Answer to Question 2

ICR/IID stands for intermediate care facility for individuals with intellectual disabilities. Individuals served by this type of facility have significant limitations both in intellectual functioning and in adaptive behavior as expressed in conceptual, social, and practical adaptive skills. This disability originates before age 18 . Individuals with developmental disabilities also can be served by an ICR/IID. The developmental disability is caused by either a mental or a physical impairment that begins before the age of 22.
