Answer to Question 1

A Registered Health Information Administrator (RHIA) has a bachelor's or master's degree and has passed a certification exam offered by AHIMA.

Answer to Question 2

Cone beam computed tomography (CBCT) can be used to more precisely focus a beam of radiation on a tumor. It can be attached to the machine delivering radiation, creating three-dimensional images so that doctors can compare the latest images with the earlier images they used to plan the treatment. Doctors can then adjust the patient's position. Traditionally, a patient's skin was marked for radiation treatment based on earlier tests; now, the CBCT can adjust the treatment in real time.
