When entering findings using the check list style, how would you indicate that the patient does not have diabetes?
 
  A) Check the box for diabetes until the finding turns blue.
  B) Check the box for diabetes then use the word no as a modifier.
  C) Leave the box for diabetes unchecked to indicate there is no diabetes.
  D) Check the box for diabetes until the finding turns red.
