Answer to Question 1

4,030,000,000,000 m3  17,120,000,000 m3/yr = 235 years

Answer to Question 2

21,170,000,000 m3 4,050,000,000 m3 = 17,120,000,000 m3
This is a loss of about 17.1 billion m3/yr.
