Answer to Question 1

B

Answer to Question 2

Job specialization is the separation of all organizational activities into distinct tasks and the assignment of different tasks to different people. It is needed because the tasks that need to be accomplished in any one organization are typically too large for one person to handle. Also, when a worker specializes in certain tasks, that employee is likely to become quite efficient and will save the organization money. Also, repeating the same job reduces time in changing tasks as well as the additional ease of designing specialized equipment when jobs are more specialized.
