Which of these is in correct parallel form?
 
  a. The storm stopped traffic on city streets, county roads, and major highways.
  b. The storm stopped traffic on city streets, county roads, and the highways were impassable as well.
  c. Highways, county roads, and also city streets were impassable in the storm.

Question 2

Which of the following is in parallel form?
 
  a. We were excited about the hurricane, but we also felt nervous and afraid.
  b. We were nervous, afraid of the approaching hurricane; we were also excited.
