The initial dose for Tyvaso is 3 breathes (18 mcg) per treatment session. If not tolerated, the dose may be reduced to 1 to 2 breathes per session and then increased to 3. Tyvaso should be in-creased by 3 breathes every 1 to 2 weeks until 9 breathes (54 mcg) per treatment session is reached.
