Answer to Question 1

B

Answer to Question 2

A
Feedback:
Elevated blood pressure is a sign of stress in the aging adult. A stressed adult has frequency of urination or incontinence, not urinary retention. Such a client does not pay attention to minute details, but rather lacks attention to details. Tachycardia or an increase in heart rate, not bradycardia, is common among aging clients who are stressed.
