All of the answers are correct except Option c. Trying to record a verbatim transcript of the class is too much and does not help focus the notes on the most important points.

To listen effectively, prepare for what you will hear before class, then in class maintain concen-tration and actively engage in the discussion, then after class review notes and add clarifying comments.
