Answer to Question 1

ANS: 2
Leadership comes first, then management. Leaders establish visions and goals for an organization. Managers then organize, motivate, and manage personnel.

Answer to Question 2

ANS: 2, 3, 5
All nurses should be honest with a strong sense of integrity, so this would be a reasonable expectation of an employer. Nurses should also have a strong sense of responsibility, so this would be a reasonable expectation of an employer. The new graduate nurse should be appropriately educated for the position under consideration.
