Answer to Question 1

the foot to be in natural position and the leg adjusted until the femoral condyles are parallel to the image receptor

Rationale: The AP projection for the tibia/fibula is a true AP when the femoral condyles are adjusted to run parallel to the image receptor. The foot can remain in a natural position.

Answer to Question 2

within the body of the sphenoid

Rationale: The sphenoid sinus is located within the body of the sphenoid, which sits below the sella turcica.
