Answer to Question 1

ANS: F

Answer to Question 2

ANS: T
Natural lines of tension are formed by the relationship of the skin to the underlying musculature. Austrian anatomist Karl Langer described how incisions could be more cosmetic if natural cleavage lines were followed when planning the surgical incision.
