Answer to Question 1

A
Even though the use of the drug is in the client's best interest, because it is against the law in this state the nurse is at risk of being judged guilty of unethical behavior. Nurses and other mental health professionals risk being judged guilty of unethical behavior if they violate laws, even laws they judge to be against the interest of their clients. If a nurse disagrees with a law, the nurse should take action to change the law.

Answer to Question 2

C
The nurse recognize that this behavior is an example of voyeurism. Voyeurs derive sexual excitement from observing the bodies of others or observing others engaging in sexual activities. Oftentimes, for individuals with strong voyeuristic urges, they gain more excitement from watching others' bodies or watching others engage in sexual activities than they do from engaging in sexual activities themselves.
