One of the main symptoms of cocaine withdrawal is intense depression; therefore option 1 is a priority. Risk for noncompliance in option 2 is not the priority, and disturbed sensory perception is not the priority at this time. There is a need to sleep, so the hyperactivity mentioned in option 4 is incorrect.
