vThe client asks the nurse to leave her sleeping pill at the bedside because she wants to read for a few more minutes before going to sleep. The most appropriate action for the nurse to take would be to:
 
  a. leave the pill as requested.
  b. tell the client to call the nurse when she is ready for her medication.
  c. tell the client she can take it now or not at all as this is when it is ordered.
  d. leave the pill as requested and check back in half an hour to be sure the client took the medication.
