Answer to Question 1

Ans: C
A living will is a type of written advance directive that provides specific instructions about the kinds of health care that should be provided or foregone in particular situations.

Answer to Question 2

Ans: C
Palliative care means taking care of the whole personbody, mind, and spirit, heart and soul. It views dying as something natural and personal. The goal of palliative care is to give clients with life-threatening illnesses the best quality of life they can have by the aggressive management of symptoms. Hospice care is care provided for people with limited life expectancy, often in the home. While hospice care focuses on the needs of the dying, palliative care is appropriate across the spectrum of disease and illness.
