When teaching a client prescribed an antilipidemia drug, the nurse should instruct the client:
 
  a. Compliance with therapy is crucial to success.
  b. Medications should be taken with meals.
  c. As well as saturated fats, you need to decrease protein intake.
  d. You can stop your medication, if symptoms of liver failure occur.
