NUMEROUS STUDIES MAY NOT HAVE BEEN DISCOVERED BY THE ANALYST; THESE STUDIES WERE LESS LIKELY TO BE STATISTICALLY SIGNIFICANT AND THE RESULTING META-ANALYSIS CAN BE BIASED.

ANY REASONABLE ANSWER OK. EXAMPLE: CHEMOTHERAPY MAY BE APPLIED WEEKLY IN ONE STUDY BUT BIWEEKLY IN ANOTHER.
