THE TRUE MARGIN OF ERROR FOUND BY THE FORMULA 2  (S.D.) IS ALWAYS LESS THAN OR EQUAL TO THIS VALUE. IT IS EQUAL WHEN THE PROPORTION USED IN THE FORMULA FOR S.D. IS .50 .
