In the Grizzly Casino's Weekend Giveaway, guests select four different whole numbers ranging from 1 to 25. To win, all four numbers must match the four randomly selected numbers each weekend.
 
  a. How many different combinations of four numbers from 1 to 25 are possible?
  b. Based on your answer to part a, what is the probability of winning?
