A three-phase, 15-step model that can be used for successfully implementing TSM in any organization. The three broad phases of activity are planning and preparation, identification and assessment, and execution.

TSM is an approach to safety and health management that is rooted in company performance and global competitiveness. Its purpose is to give organizations the sustainable competitive advantage of a safe and healthy work environment that allows employees to achieve consistent peak performance.
