An electron orbiting a hydrogen atom in the second energy level drops down a level, and a photon is emitted. What is the frequency of the photon? (Planck's constant, h, should be in units of eV.)

A little more than half an electron volt is applied to a hydrogen atom to just remove its outermost electron. What energy level must this electron have been in?
