When developing an organization
 
  A. The organizer must make a special effort to provide leadership, being very cautious about never relinquishing the leadership role.
  B. Be worried if a number of your initial members disappear in the first 6 months, most especially if you lose any more than a fifth of the original members.
  C. If things can be accomplished without a struggle, always avoid a struggle.
