Concerning cultural competence it is important to recognize that
 
  A. In working for community change, the term culture is limited to the practices and world views of ethnic groups.
  B. Professional organizations have refused to set standards and guidelines for their members.
  C. Professionals have a responsibility not only to improve their own capability, but to foster competence in the organizations they work for or develop.
  D. It is basically an essential set of skills.
