Sometimes teenagers make decisions that include risks because it feels good or will help them socially. They may have gone through the process correctly, but chose an action that upsets adults...this does not mean they are bad at making decisions. This statement is:

 b. Mostly false. Upsetting adults indicates a bad decision was chosen.
