 In order to be an effective counselor, you have to expressed warmth and genuineness towards your client.
 An effective counselor has to be non-judgmental in order for your client to correspond. This goes for all cultural backgrounds.
 A counselor should conduct research regarding different cultural backgrounds as well. An effective counselor's main skill is forming a relationship too.
