Answer to Question 2

Expert and referent power evolve from traits, skills, and beliefs of the leader.
Coercive, reward, and legitimate power are all based on the organization's support of the leader.
Any type of power when properly used is of value to a leader.
In order to be most effective, leaders should develop as many sources of power/influence as possible.
In the end, what separates the effective leader from the ineffective one is how the power that one possesses is used.
