Answer to Question 1

The errors mentioned should be corrected and the corrections should be obvious. The extent of the corrections would be up to the individual student and the instructor's evaluation.

Answer to Question 2

The RD did not ask for amounts in some cases, i.e., the size of the biscuits, the amount of sausage, whether Mr. G put anything in his coffee, or how much meat he put on his sandwich.

The RD did also ask one leading question, What did you put on your bread? assuming he did put something.

The RD had an opportunity to establish rapport and make conversation when Mr. G asked about the plastic food; instead, she ignored his comment. This could be considered rude or it could be considered good if the RD was very busy and did not have the time to spare.

This is partially backed up by the fact that early grandfather clocks displayed IIII for the number 4 instead of IV. Early clockmakers apparently thought that the IIII balanced out the VIII (used for the number 8) on the clock face and that it just looked better.
