Answer to Question 1

UBW =195 UBW = ABW/UBW = 225/195 = 115

Answer to Question 2

5' 10 + 225, med. frame, moderate activity

IBW = 106 + 10  6 = 106 + 60 = 166 + 10
IBW = actual body wt/IBW = 225/166 = 135.5
