5' 11 = 106 + 6  11 = 106 + 66 = 172 + 10

 IBW + AW / IBW + 150/172 = 87.2

General goals would be to eventually be exercising 30-45 minutes 3-5 times per week, maintaining a heart rate of 60-70 of maximum; a physician's evaluation of the individual may be different.
