Answer to Question 2

WBC increasedinfection in the inflamed diverticula.
Hgb & Hct decreasesdue to bleeding, possible anemia.
Na and Cl decreaseslack of food, diarrhea.
MCVdue to anemia, microcytic-type, probably due to iron deficiency.
