Diabetic vascular complications usually occur with the eyes, feet, or kidneys. However, the same vascular complications can occur in any part of the body.

Answer to Question 2

IBW = 5' = 100 + 4 x 5 = 20 = 120 lbs. + 10

 IBW = actual body weight / IBW = 170/120 = 142
