Answer to Question 1

Adjusted Body Wt = (actual body weight - IBW) x 0.25 + IBW
= (320 - 184) x 0.25 + 184
= 136 x 0.25 + 184
= 34 + 184
= 218 lbs

Answer to Question 2

IBW = 5' = 106 + 13 x 6 = 184 + 10
