Dietary supplements can include herbs, botanicals, vitamins, minerals and other products. They come in many forms including liquids, capsules, tablets, tinctures, teas, etc. dietary supplements may claim to help many conditions including (but not limited to): weight loss, hot flashes, arthritis, joint pain, blood glucose.
