Answer to Question 1

D
Diet therapy for patients with dysphagia centers around providing food and beverages in a form that can be swallowed without entering the lungs (i.e., preventing aspiration). Aspiration of food may lead to pneumonia, but not usually sepsis. Patients with dysphagia have difficulty swallow-ing, but not usually with reflux or vomiting.

Answer to Question 2

3
Rationale: Garlic contains anticoagulation properties and can potentiate the effects of warfarin. Guarana is used to promote weight loss. Gotu Kola is used as an anti-anxiety treatment. Glucosamine is used for cartilage repair.
