Answer to Question 1

A, B, E
Feedback:
Obesity is associated with a wide variety of comorbidities including diabetes, hyperlipidemia, fatty liver disease, obstructive sleep apnea, GERD, vertebral disk disease, osteoarthritis, and increased risk of certain cancers.

Answer to Question 2

1376 calories
Rationale: Weight in kilograms = 245 pounds divided by 2.2 kilograms per pound = 111.364 kilograms. Height is 73 inches x 25 centimeters per inch = 160.6 centimeters.
66.5 + (13.75 x 111.364) + (5 x 160.6 cm)  (6.78 x 45 years old) = 1375.66.
