Answer to Question 1

D
Feedback:
Promoting weight loss in obese older adults presents unique challenges. Many older people may not feel a need to make changes at this point in their life.

Answer to Question 2

Small and large intestines
Rationale: These types of behaviors place this client at high risk for developing bezoars due to gastroparesis. High-fat, high-fiber meals, smoking, and drinking alcohol delay gastric emptying. Bezoars are undigested food masses that occur when food remains in the intestine too long. Bezoars can result in intestinal blockage if untreated.
