We should be able to enjoy and take pleasure in eating foods. At times we may need to exercise self-control when we are not hungry. Eating contributes greatly to our quality of life and should be more than a necessity in our lives. We can make healthy food choices but this should not be-come a joy-killing focus of our lives.
