  have occurred due to frequent use. The repairs are not visible. Parents rent such a room for a
  child's birthday party, inflate it and set it up in their backyard. Children bounce around inside the
  room, but one hits the mended corner, pushes through, and gets injured after hitting the ground.
  When that happened, the parents had been in their kitchen, getting cake and ice cream. When the
  parents of the injured child sue the defendant for damages for the child's injuries, the defendant claims
